Two Maids of Greater Austin - Round Rock Territory – North Austin, Round Rock, Georgetown, Leander, Cedar Park, Pflugerville, Hutto, Taylor.
We are currently seeking experienced, reliable, full-time cleaning professionals to deliver high-quality residential and light commercial cleaning services across the Greater Austin area.
This is a W2 opportunity, paid on a commission structure, in the Round Rock territory, ideal for individuals who reside within the territory. This position is seeking ONLY experienced professionals with a background as a professional house cleaner, commercial cleaner, janitor, or custodian.
Requirements [READ BEFORE APPLYING]
- You are an experienced, professional home and/or commercial cleaner, or a strong willingness to learn the craft
- You will operate as a W2 employee, paid on a commission structure
- You have your own reliable transportation
- You are detail-oriented, polite, and present professionally
- You communicate clearly, both internally and with clients
- You are fully authorized to work in the US, and speak English at a level comfortable communicating/understanding client needs
- If English is your second language, we can accommodate reasonable requests for communication with/to clients
What You’ll Do
- Perform residential and/or light commercial cleanings for valued clients
- Deliver consistent, high-quality results aligned with client expectations and quality guidelines
- Maintain a level of excellence in cleaning standards with the use of chemicals and equipment
- Maintain a consistent, recurring schedule (updated consistently via our App)

Compensation
- Commissioned rate per job; rates vary based on home size and service type
- Our most experienced cleaners earn well over $1,000/week in base rate, tips, and bonuses
- High performers can increase earnings through consistency and client satisfaction
- Incentive pay eligibility for excellence in service, client reviews, and client retention
- You will start on a Team of 2 and are provided with developmental pathways to become a solo cleaner, doubling your compensation rates per clean
